By accessing or using SimuVote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

1. Use of Service

SimuVote is a free platform designed for conducting transparent elections within private groups (e.g., WhatsApp groups, schools, organizations).

• You must use the service only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to attempt to manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or interfere with the service.

2. User Conduct

Users must:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Only participate in elections you are authorized to join (as verified by the room admin).
• Not harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities or to promote hate, violence, or discrimination.

3. Voting Room Creation

The creator (admin) of a voting room is responsible for:

• Adding only legitimate group members.
• Setting appropriate timelines and positions.
• Ensuring the election is conducted fairly.

SimuVote is not responsible for disputes arising from misuse of the platform by admins or members.

4. Data and Privacy

All election data is automatically deleted after 6 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

SimuVote and its content are owned by PigaTech Softcompany. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SimuVote is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Errors in vote counting due to technical issues (though we strive for accuracy).
• Disputes arising from election results.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of SimuVote after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
